Carmella, You don't know me, but I spoke to you briefly when I was picking up a small order today and I commented on how you probably keep everyone in line with your new cane!I found out you bring cookies to the plant every Friday and I was offered one.I didn't know there were still people that treat their employees and customers like family anymore. But then again I guess I should have known as I was treated like an honoured guest and not just another number when I placed small order and again when I picked it up! I asked if you were the owner and I was told you are Mike's mother and you come in a few days a week.The atmosphere at Magneto is extraordinary to say the least.Everyone is friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful.Such rare traits in companies these days!I am sure that you are in some way responsible for establishing that culture...kudos to you!
