Machining Services
Magneto Electric maintains a fully equipped, in-house machining facility to service their customers.  Its main function is to perform mechanical repairs to electric motor.  These repairs are performed by fully qualified machinists and include the following procedures:
§ The build up and machining of bearing housings
§ The build up and machining of bearing journals.
§ Shaft modifications
§ New shafts
§  Machine and undercut commutators.
§ Cutting keyways
§ Welding and brazing.

The in-house machining facility enables us to keep control of the repair.
