Quality Standards

A full time Quality Assurance staff ensures that quality is the main ingredient in the service we provide. 

• A dedicated testing technician performs all final testing and a test certificate is issued and attached to each motor before it leaves the premises. 
• Each motor is tested on our Phenix Test Center. 
• The latest in testing technology, the Phenix ramps the voltage to the motor from Zero to 4160 volts. 
• The test center allows us to monitor vibration levels and bearing temperature levels along with the voltage applied and the amperage.

Magneto Electric has been qualified by CSA to repair motors designated for use in a hazardous location, (Explosion Proof).  Rigorous checking ensures that the motor meets the original CSA requirements.

Although the design of the electric motor has changed very little since its inception, repair methods and materials have changed.  To ensure that employee skills are kept up to date, training seminars are an ongoing process at Magneto Electric.  The Seminars are open to our customers on request.
